Once you have placed your order on the Centaj Online Store, we will process your order within 72 hours. If there are any issues or concerns (e.g. ordering products in), we will contact you within those 72 hours to keep you up-to-date. Once everything is organised and successfully shipped out, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped. From that date, you should receive your order in up to 5-10 working days (dependant on freight carrier). If you haven't received anything after 10 working days, please contact our Online Store team using our Contact Us Form or (07) 3623 5200 and we’ll help as best we can.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Please retain your original tax invoice or confirmation email for proof of purchase. A refund will be made to the same value as the original purchase price excluding freight.
