Cetnaj ships only within Australia to a physical address, NOT PO Boxes.
For your convenience we offer fixed rate shipping for all orders and FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100 in QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC. Shipping for an order below $100 is offered at a flat rate of $10. Shipping to TAS, SA, WA and the NT are NOT eligible for our free shipping policy and are offered a flat rate of $20 for all orders.
Once you have placed your order on the Centaj Online Store, we will process your order within 72 hours. If there are any issues or concerns (e.g. ordering products in), we will contact you within those 72 hours to keep you up-to-date. Once everything is organised and successfully shipped out, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped. From that date, you should receive your order in up to 5-10 working days (dependant on freight carrier). If you haven’t received anything after 10 working days, please contact our Online Store team using our Contact Us Form or (07) 3623 5200 and we’ll help as best we can.
All parcels sent require a signature upon delivery. If there is no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel then the delivery driver will not leave the package. If you specifically would like the parcel left at your door then please leave a comment in the checkout. If the delivery driver is instructed to leave the parcel without a signature you assume responsibility for the item.
Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Please retain your original tax invoice or confirmation email for proof of purchase. A refund will be made to the same value as the original purchase price excluding freight.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've processed the returned item.
Goods will need to be returned via mail or freight carrier before a refund will be processed. We reserve the right to charge you for any freight costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you have changed your mind.
If you have requested an exchange of a product that you have purchased online, we will do our best to fulfil your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability.
Products are quality checked prior to dispatch and include a minimum 12 month warranty (excluding globes).
Most fans include a 2 year in-home warranty, however please refer to individual products for specific details.
Products featured on this website may vary in colour and size, and measurements are approximate. While we endeavor to make sure all information is correct, occasionally errors occur. Illustrations and pictures are for demonstration purposes only.
Unless otherwise stated, products do not include globes, installation or accessories, these will be need to be purchased separately.
With the exception of portable or DIY fittings, all lights and fans must be installed by a licensed electrician.
