Returns & Refunds

Cetnaj offers a full refund or exchange for website sales within a 30-day period upon presentation of receipt.

For online refunds or exchanges please refer to your original confirmation email or order receipt for the details. Please contact us directly by phone or email with the details of the exchange or refund. A refund will be made to the same value, as the original purchase price excluding freight.

Alternatively you can return your goods by mail letting us know if you require a refund or an exchange. Please include your original order receipt with your return items. Returns by mail may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email.

PLEASE NOTE:
Products that have been installed cannot be returned.

Warranties

All products are quality checked prior to dispatch and are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty (excluding globes).

2 year Warranty on All Fans
Cetnaj will supply a 2 year warranty on all hard wired fittings on fans if installed by a qualified electrician.

PLEASE NOTE:
Products that have been installed cannot be returned. Orders that have not been paid for by credit card may be cancelled at anytime by Cetnaj and/or the Customer without notice.

Delivery

All products are shipped via Star Track Express Couriers, Fastway Couriers or Tamex Couriers. We endeavor to use the most convenient and fastest method possible. Cetnaj offer flat rate shipping on all online orders. Please visit our Flat Rate Shipping page for details and freight costs.

You may track your orders online via our couriers websites (below). We will send you an email once your goods have been dispatched with Consignment Note number and links to the couriers website to track.

All prices are in Australian dollars, and the Cetnaj website will currently only accept payment in Australian dollars. Cetnaj accept the following credit cards and BPay online:
