How do I get help?

If you have any questions about our website in general or our online shop, please send us an email via our Contact Us Form or call us on (07) 3623 5200 between 8.00am and 5pm Monday to Friday (AEST).

Is the online shop safe to submit credit card details?

Yes, Cetnaj uses a GeoTrust 256-bit encrypted SSL Certificate to secure your details and is passed directly to the SecurePay Portal. NO credit card details are stored or captured and Cetnaj does not see your details directly.

A lot of people ask what Cetnaj means... Well you will just have to use your imagination...

How do I search for products?

There is a search box at the top right of each webpage. You can enter keywords, specific product codes, or product names in this search box to find the product. Once you have entered the words to search on hit 'enter' on your keyboard or click on the magnifying glass icon.

This will take you to the search page where you can click a link to view the resulting products/web pages or you can refine your search by clicking the 'Advanced Search' link.

Do all product categories have sub-categories?

Where possible we add sub-categories to each category to make finding the products you are after easier, however not ALL categories contain a sub-category.

Can I buy a product that is marked as 'PRE-ORDER'?

You can order and buy items that are marked as PRE-ORDER however you will not receive the product until the item is in stock. Look for the yellow box under the product to advise of an approximate delivery time.

How do I order a product?

To order a product, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' link or button that corresponds to the product you would like to order. This will add the product to your Cart and take you straight to the 'View Cart' page to view the item(s) you have added to your shopping cart.

What if I have a question about a product?

If you have a question on a specific product you can click the 'Got a question, ask here' link on the details page for the product. This will email us directly with the details of the product you are viewing and you can type in your question. We will email you back as soon as possible.

How do I access my Shopping Cart?

There are a couple of ways to access your cart. Once you add a product to your cart you will be taken straight to your cart. Otherwise you can click on the 'View Cart' link at the top of the page in the menu to the top left of the page.

How do I edit items in my cart?

Once you are viewing your cart, you can remove items or change the quantity of items in your cart. To remove a product click on the 'Remove' link next to the item you want to remove. This will remove the item (all instances if you have more than one added to your cart).

To change the quantity you would like to order, simply select the drop down box next to the item in your cart and select how many you would like to order. This will update automatically however you can click the 'Update Quantities' button at the bottom of the page to update the cart.

How do I calculate shipping?

To calculate shipping on your order you can click on the 'Estimate Shipping' link underneath your products in your cart. This will popup with a shipping calculator. You can then enter your state and postcode and click the 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' button to reture the estimated shipping rate.

Once the rate has been estimated, select the shipping rate and click the 'Update Shipping Cost' button to add the shipping component to your order.

Can I add a coupon code at the checkout?

Yes, if you have a discount coupon code that you have received for the Cetnaj ShopOnline website you can enter the code to receive the discount. Simply enter the code in the box provided under the Coupon Code heading underneath your cart and then click the 'Go' button to apply the code.

If you enter a valid code the discount will automatically be deducted from your total. If you enter an incorrect code you will receive an error message.

I'm read to place my order, how do I checkout?

Once you are happy with your order, simply click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button and you will be taken to the checkout ready to proceed with entering your details and payment method.

Do I have to setup an account?

No you don't have to setup an account. If you would like to proceed without setting up an account simply select the 'Checkout as Guest' option and continue from there.

Setting up an account does allow you to track your order as well as checkout faster in future transactions by saving your details and addresses in your address book.

What if I have an existing account?

If you have an existing account, enter your email address and password in the fields under the 'I'm a returning Customer' section. Once you have entered your details and clicked the 'Continue' button your details will be pre-filled.

Payment Method?

Cetnaj can take payment via Credit Card or PayPal. Simply select the method you would like to pay by once you have reached the 'Order Confirmation' section.

Errors?

If you enter any details incorreclty or don't select an option that is required you will receive an error message either when you hit 'Continue' or when you complete your order. You can simply fix the problems and then try to submit your order again.

Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Will I get a Confirmation Email?

Yes, you will get a confirmation email within a minute of placing the order. The email will contain your order number as well as the products you ordered and any payment information you need.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the updated status and tracking information. We will provide the link to the freight companies tracking webiste and reference number.
