Terms & Conditions –  Win a TV Competition

1. The promoter of the competition is Cetnaj Pty Ltd located at 78 Pritchard Road, Virginia – 07 3623 5200
2. Open to trade account customers over the age of 18
3. Must purchase Stronglink cable or the advertised “Footy Packs” during the promotional period
4. Every purchase of each product/pack is deemed as one entry (eg – 2 packs would equal 2 entries)
5. The Major Prize draw will take place at 3.00pm at Cetnaj head office at 78 Pritchard Road, Virginia on Friday 5th March 2010.
6. The winner will be notified via phone or email
7. Cetnaj may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify any entrant
8. Prize will be delivered to the winner
9. The prize is a TV to the vale of $1500 and second prize is a Weber BBQ valued at $299 and third prize is a Football Scoreboard Clock valued at $120
10. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
11. Prize values are correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. 
12. The competition commences at 7.00am on 1 February and closes at 5.00pm on 3 March 2010.
13. Cetnaj is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
