Q: How many PowerPoints do I have?

A: To find out how many PowerPoints you have - do one of the following:

• Contact your local Cetnaj Branch (have your Club Number handy);
• Contact the Cetnaj Club on (07) 3623 5200
• A PowerPoints Statement outlining all PowerPoints (attained or not awarded) is sent out bi-monthly.

Q: What can I Redeem?

A: As a Cetnaj Club Member you have the opportunity to redeem anything of your choice*. That is you can choose a product / service of your choice from the store of your choice.

Whether it's an air conditioner, home insulation, theme park tickets, overseas travel, a dishwasher or a dining suite - the choices are endless...... and the choice is yours. Please ensure that the store you select is willing to accept a third party cheque.

Q: Where can I lodge a Redemption Form?

A: You can lodge a completed Redemption Form either at your local Cetnaj branch or fax to the Cetnaj Club on (07) 3623 5285. However it's quicker and easier if you choose to send your redemption form via the Online Redemption Form.
