Q: What is the Cetnaj Club?

A: The Cetnaj Club is a rewards program for Cetnaj Account Customers, that rewards them for their loyalty and for being a valuable Cetnaj Account holder.

Q: How much does the Cetnaj Club cost to join?

A: The Cetnaj Club has an annual fee of $110 (inc GST) for membership.

Q: How can a customer join the Cetnaj Club?

A: Any account customer of Cetnaj can join the Club simply by filling in a Cetnaj Club Application Form and agreeing to pay an annual fee of $110 inc GST and to our Terms & Conditions.

Q: Who is eligible to join the Club?

A: Cetnaj Club membership is open to all established account customers of Cetnaj (except Government Departments, Semi-Government Departments, Local Government and Major Corporate Bodies)

Q: Who organises and runs the Club?

A: The Cetnaj Club is run by the Operations Department based at Head Office in Brisbane, QLD. Please feel free to ask questions or for more information from anyone in the Operations Department. You can contact the Cetnaj Club on using the details at the bottom of this page.

Q: Where can Club members and account customers find out more information about the Club?

A: Club members can either go to the Cetnaj Website at www.cetnaj.com.au and click on the Cetnaj Club link; or they can contact the Cetnaj Operations Department using the details at the bottom of this page; or visit your local Cetnaj branch.

Q: How can members cancel their Club membership?

A: Club members simply need to fill in the Club Cancellation Form and fax it back to Cetnaj Operations on (07) 3623 5288. You must cancel in accordance with the Club Terms & Conditions however.

Q: What is the Caltex StarCard?

A: The Caltex StarCard is a card available to Cetnaj Club members that gives them a discount off the pump price of petrol at Caltex Service Stations. See the Caltex StarCard Page of this site for more information on the StarCard.

Q: What savings can Caltex StarCard Account holders expect?

A: Prices and savings will vary in city and country areas. The biggest savings will be seen in country areas as there is freight added to petrol in country areas. Members will receive 3 cents per litre off the pump price for petrol and diesel (excluding Vortex 98 and LPG).

Q: How do Club Members set up a Caltex StarCard Account?

A: Club members simply need to fill in the Application for Caltex StarCard Account Form and also the Caltex StarCard Order Form and fax it back to Cetnaj Head Office on (07) 3623 5294. See the Caltex StarCard Page on this site for more information.

Q: How are Caltex StarCard charges invoiced?

A: All fuel purchases will be invoiced to the Club members normal Cetnaj account, but payment must be made by the 21st of the month following purchase. An administration fee based on monthly fuel consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.5cents per litre, plus GST. An invoice, remittance advice and a copy of the StarCard invoice will be forwarded to the member as soon as possible after the end of the month.

This invoice must be paid by the 21st of the month following the month of purchase. This date may vary, however the required payment date will be clearly indicated on the remittance advice.

Please Note: If the fuel purchases are not paid on the due date, i.e. 21st of the month (or designated date) the Cetnaj Account will be put on "stop credit" and the Caltex StarCard/s will be "warmlisted" (i.e. suspended) until your fuel purchases are paid for and Cetnaj Account is in order.

Q: Are there any fees associated with the Caltex StarCard?

A: The Caltex StarCard attracts a 1.5 cent per litre plus GST administration fee.

Q: Will the Caltex StarCard work interstate?

A: Yes the Card will give members the discount where ever they go, as long as they are at a Caltex or Ampol Service Station.
