All quotes are valid for the period stated on the quotation. |

The price in the final quote may vary from the original request if there are any price or product changes requested by the customers. Cetnaj reserves the right to alter product and prices in the quote, as long as the quote has not been confirmed with the customer. |

Quotes shall be deemed to correctly interpret the original specifications and are based on the cost at the time the quote is given. If you later require any changes to the quote, and we agree to the changes, these changes will be charged at our prevailing rate |

When a special price or discount offer has been applied to this quote, no other special promotion, discount or bonus offer will be applicable |

In the event that products in the quote are subjected to any price and supply fluctuation that is outside of our control we reserve the right to update the price and product in the quote accordingly. If a product has undergone a price drop or a price increase, the quote will then be adjusted accordingly. If there is a product that is no longer available, the product will then be replaced or substituted based on customer's request and is subject to their final approval.

Prices on non stocked products are subjected to price and stock fluctuations and can only be confirmed once the quote is turned into an order. While we endeavour to honour every price quoted, if there is a price increase that is beyond our control, we reserve the right to increase the price as necessary. |

Any discounts given on the quote are usually worked out based on the overall quote amount, if there's any significant changes to the overall quote amount, the discount may also be changed to reflect it.

If a supplier requires and an up front payment or a deposit for samples or
products these charges will be deemed to be paid for by the customer. |

Products that incur a copper fluctuating price will be priced according to the
prices available on the day of ordering.

Unless stated in the quotation the customer is responsible for the following costs:

Altering quantity to quoted quantity and non standard package sizes specified by the supplier; |

(b) |
Special packaging; |
| |
(c) |
Tooling requirements; |
| (d) |
Service charges where the invoice value is less than the minimum determined by the company suppling the goods; |
| |
(e) |
Expenses incurred by Cetnaj due to cancellation of the order; or |
| |
(f) |
Expenses incurred by Cetnaj due to the deferral of delivery at the customers request beyond the delivery date specified. |

Cetnaj’s quotation number must be noted on all purchase orders. Quotation
numbers are project specific and prices cannot be transferred between projects. |

Lamps are not included unless otherwise stated on the quotation. |
| 13. |
Non stocked and specially made products cannot be returned to Cetnaj. |
| 14. |
The customer is responsible for ensuring all quantities quoted are accurate
and that all orders placed reflect the correct quantities. |
| 15. |
Once items specifically manufactured or ordered for this quote and ready for
despatch will be invoiced to the customer. |
